So here's how it all began.. Once I got my R15, I was looking for a group to start riding with. I came across several such groups on meetup, facebook... read more etc. and started contacting them but hardly anyone even bothered to reply other than LN, one of the admins of this group. He was so cordial and welcoming that I knew that I've come to the right place 😊 Hence, I took my first ride with them in July and now completed my 5th. Here are a few highlights : 1. Safety first: Everyone in the club promotes safe riding. There are strict guidelines on having a full face helmet abd knee guards for every ride. Every rider needs to maintain lane discipline and hand signals. There are moderators as well to ensure that the pack is always in the correct formation. Overall, you'll feel safe while riding 2. Awesome people: There's a sense of mutual respect amongst all the members in the club. Even if you're a experienced rider or you're taking your first ride, everyone is treated equally. Everyone's feedback is taken seriously and everyone is encouraged to participate in club activities. 3. Coordination: The kind of professionalism and planning that's put behind each ride is above and beyond anything I've seen. The admins go out of their way to ensure a safe and comfortable ride for all. 4. Charity: Last but not the least, every ride is taken for a cause. The riders are asked to contribute after each ride that goes towards a charity. I'm a proud member of this community and highly recommended it to everyone who's looking for a group for safe highway rides and adventurous weekends.. 😊😊

Here's my review for 5th gear riders. I learned motorcycle riding last year October (2017). After trying to convince lot of friends to do bike trips and failed to do so.... read more I turned to 5th gear riders for this and many other reasons. After initial hesitation to join random people, I finally started with their trip to TM hills which was short weekend ride, which I was looking for to start with. It was amazing experience, because, 1) For the first time i met people who knew riding gears are not optional. They're life saving investment. You don't understand this when you ride with your (non-rider) friends and believe me I know. 2) Even in the first trip I didn't feel that I'm meeting these guys for the first time. Amazing inclusive environment. 3) That day I realized riding is not just about fun. It's way more than that. It is a skill where patience & discipline are as important as the skill. 4) You meet people from all walks of life. I meet doctors every weekend even when I'm perfectly healthy 😛 and I have friends who are passionate enough to capture my pictures. I have a youtuber friend and fitness enthusiasts and list goes on. 5) Biking brotherhood (/sisterhood) that we hear about is REAL. Admins don't just make sure your weekend is amazing but they also offer mentoring to those who want to learn. 6) After 5 rides I learned so much about bikes and bike riding and I'm sure it's not enough. Few points that makes this group unique. 1) Their planning is great. They make sure that they don't waste your time on weekends. 2) Safety is not optional for them. I have seen them sending people back just because they were not properly geared. 3) Leads, moderators and sweeps know what their role is and they do it well. 4) They ride for a cause. Their ahenda is help the needy by donating them. This is very noble. I wont be exaggerating if I say in just 5 rides they have become like a family to me. And I'm sure lot of fellow riders will agree with that.

Hitting the roads and riding the beauty along the winds has always been a part of me and 5th Gear has nothing but enhanced the experience. I have completed 5... read more rides with the club and have also clocked my longest miles in a day with them and I must say they are someone any rider who really get out there on the roads for the love of riding, should look for. A very disciplined and well organised group of like minded riders. To me it is a one big family now. I also learnt to ride more responsibly as LN gave me the chance to sweep during one of the rides,from that point onwards I never looked back. It's been a wonderful journey so far and I will definitely like myself to be associated with this club!, You've brought out the rider in me and increasead my thirst to travel even more and spread the joy of motorcycling. Ok, So Now the time has Come to write about this Club . I have heard this 5THGEAR DON'T LEAVE ANYONE BEHIND and That is so true. It been 6 month for me... read more to be associated with this club and here i am a pretty experience rider or a biker you can say.( more to learn on the way ) I have done several rides with this clubs and I try not to miss any of rides and i haven't. All the rides are so well organised and well planned that you don't have to question any thing about Food , Pit stops , Starting point and end point. Admins and Riders all are super chill , they make sure your rides are so memorable that you join the upcoming rides. How can i forget , The best part of this club is that each and every ride is a charity ride. And as per the data they have been doing this from 2.5 years Approximate. (Correct me if i am wrong ). If I start giving a List , It won't end up here. Long story Short. Pros:- Well Organised and Disciplined Rides Great Pit stops Delicious Food Crazy seniors and new Friends in each rides Not to forget ( Best Photographer) Angan Sen🤣 Back Up Vehicle ( Most Of times) Caring about each Rider.
