Charity Contribution:
This is a charity ride. Your contribution will help support individuals or organizations in need. Any amount is appreciated.

Club Fees:
₹200 (discounted to ₹150).

Trip Expenses:
Shared expenses (food, parking, miscellaneous) will be split equally among members via Splitwise. Organizers pay upfront, and reimbursements are made after the trip. Exceptions may be made by the club depending on the situation.

Safety & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own safety and belongings.
  • Carry a personal medical kit (Apollo Medical Kit or similar recommended).
  • The club, organizers, and fellow riders are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses.

Health & Fitness

By participating, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for the ride and capable of handling its demands.

Riding Guidelines

  • Discipline & Punctuality: Start together, finish together.
  • Carry bike documents: Insurance, RC, PUC, License.
  • Mandatory Gear: Jacket, full-face helmet, knee pads, gloves.
  • Riding Formation:
    • Single line on single/double-lane roads.
    • Staggered/zig-zag on highways.
  • Maintain safe distance; no overtaking.
  • Headlights ON at all times.
  • Fuel up and check tire pressure before the ride.
  • Hydrate and assist fellow riders when needed.

Club Services & Rentals

  • Club Stickers: ₹75 (waterproof)
  • Blood Group Stickers: ₹75 (waterproof; recommended).
  • Knee Pads on Rent: ₹100 (replacement required if damaged).
  • Btwin Lights: Provided by the club (₹700 charge if misplaced).

  • Medical kit and general medicines (ORS recommended in summer).
